親しまれる区政をモットーに、区民との身近なコミュニケーションを計っています。区の花菖蒲と区を流れる３本の河川をモチーフに、葛飾ならではのイメージを確立しました。

With a motto of providing a friendlier administration, Katsushika Ward places importance on maintaining close communication with its people at all times. The combined motifs of the iris--the ward flower--and the three rivers that run through the ward create a concrete and memorable image.

把更贴近民众的区政作为标语的葛饰区一直有意识的和区民进行密切的交流。将区花菖蒲作为主题，组合流经葛饰区的三条河流，确立的具象形象令人难以忘怀。
